Either 2 Indoor Air 1 Outdoor Air or 1 Indoor Air 1 Surface Sample and 1 Outdoor Air, or 3 Surface Samples

 This Mold Clearance is for 1 containment up to 800 sq. ft 

This includes checking via our strict criteria the jobs performed by the Mold Remediation Company via IICRC standards. UP TO 3 ATP

This test includes the Visual verification and 1 Air Sample within the containment. 

You receive inspection, sampling, report and a Mold Clearance Certificate!

Our surveys come in Groups of 3 and are an Extra $100 per every 3 samples 

3 samples - $300

4-6 Samples $400

7-9 Samples $500 and so forth 

No Asbestos Fibers left in the air before build back can occur. 

Our Re-Occupancy Report will be necessary before any entities can continue work on your property after asbestos abatement has been complete. 

This is a 2 hour test that includes 5 pcm's and 2 pcm field samples via PCM Method NIOSH 7400
